Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Casserole


2 cups cooked chicken, diced

2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cooked chicken and steamed broccoli florets.

In another bowl, whisk together the shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well blended.

Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Gently fold everything together to ensure the chicken and broccoli are evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
